--All the skins to do with valentines day, that are eligible will be skins submitted on the 28th of jan 2006 till 15 of feb 2006.
-- when you submit a skin that you wanna enter in this compeition, please submit ur skin's url in this forum thread.
-- The winner will be selected based on the number of favourites to his or her skin. (everyone, pls help the ppl who submit skins for the compeition, k?)
-- Submissions shall end at 11:59pm of 15Feb.
-- Continue voting on the skins till 11:59pm of 17Feb.
-- It will be tabulated by me. Hence, i shall not be submitting skins for this compeition.
