eff eh queues.
Yaya, I feel the need to answer our fan-Ss. Naw, i'm taken the liberty to answer tagboard questions. Yeah, i like the color I use for replies, bleh.

Cannot go? As in, database issue? In this case, do have some patience. Blogskins.com does indeed go under unforeseen errors when traffic goes up and what not. Patience is virtue, you'll eventually be able to excess the site. Another way, try clearing your cache or cookies. Oh, I don't know. Lol.

Easy! All you have to do, is go to blogger.com and register for an account. *update: there other blogging engines. Such as Xanga. But we recommand Blogger=)*Create a blog as instructed, and you'll have your own blog to ramble in! Cool eh? Keep in mind, Blogskins.com only provides customized layouts for blogger.com's blogs and is not a blogging software site.
*Update: not forgetting the fact that Blogskins.com is also NOT a blogskins generator. You can't use any of the tools in there to upload your picture and expect a blogskin to come out.*

Oh, a toughy. First off, you can start by gaining a general knowledge of CSS sheets and Html. Certain webpages or websites are good at such things. In fact, you can use this link (Click me!!), and check out the resources available. So lets assume you have within your grasp, the relevent program (photoshop! or something) to create an awesome blend with 1,342,425 pictures that you've in store within your network. Well, you can simply check out tutorial site (pixel2life, goodtutorials) for information and walkthrough on creating cool effects and what not. HOWEVER, if you lack the sufficient programs, you can always start off simple with which ever pictures you have. Remember, aim high when you've the confidence to succeed, if not, take one step at a time. Blogskinning takes time, patience, creativity. Do not rush into it, only then will your creation be showered with your own pride. =D You can really just ignore everything I just said that's meant to be 'philosophical~' Oh, do visit this forum page - Forum Page, lol

I would like to add that I've been working on the database issues lately. It seems like every time I spend more money to add capacity to the server, the users fill it all up right away. So I'm taking a different approach and trying to lessen the impact on the server for each request - optimizing. You should, hopefully, see an improvement over the next week or so.
