To create a skin for a blog....
ONE is to create and the OTHER to remove.
Hence, i shall christen this, THE SKINNING PARADOX.

Well...to put on a new blog skin you have to take out the last one. So tecnically you are taking off the skin of your blog, although then you put a new one.
